Mitzi J. Alspaugh L.L.C. is a small one-attorney firm established in April 1994. Ms. Alspaugh is the attorney and she one legal assistant, Jane Gomez.  Our goal is to provide affordable legal service to people in need and help them through difficult times. We are located on the east side of the Country Club Plaza, in the One Main Plaza Building 4435 Main Street, Suite 910, Kansas City, Missouri 64111. Ms Alspaugh is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri and in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Our Experience

Ms Alspaugh graduated from Washburn University of Topeka Law School in 1990. She primarily practices in the areas of family law.  Our clientele is established primarily by word of mouth. Not only do we have clients that refer friends and family to us, we also get referrals from other attorneys and ex-spouses of our clients because they felt we managed to provide the parties with a good and fair result.

Our Services

We provide legal services in the following areas: Divorce—Custody/Paternity —Parent Visitation—Child Support—Paternity—Adoption—Step-Parent Adoption—Post Decree Matters—Guardianship of the child or the adult—Collaborative Law an alternate means of settling divorce—Traffic Tickets.

We like the initial consultation to be in person, but can accommodate a telephone consultation.
